Melchizedek Practice (Saturday the 13th)

When a 13th falls on a Saturday our planet Earth vibrates with powerful cosmic forces as a result of the Genii Melchizedek, who, according to Samael Aun Weor, is the angelic intelligence that governs our planet Earth.

In the same way Samael is the ruler/genii of Mars, Melchizedek is the ruler/geniii of the Earth. You see him mentioned in the Bible and also the Koran, the Torah etc.  He is an ancient person who will help you and attend to your call.

These dates are special because they are the convergence of Saturn (Saturday) and 13 (Arcanum of Death in the Tarot).  Saturn is the ruler of old age and death.  Death in this case we are referring to psychological death or death of the ego (the me ,myself, and I).  When the day of Saturn (Saturday) aligns with this important date of death (13) we can take advantage of these powerful forces to comprehend our ego and to eliminate them from our consciousness.

Any sincere student who sincerely yearns to die in themselves will be assisted by these forces. Do not worry about doing it right, you will receive assistance in some fashion if you are sincere.

**This practice is done at the beginning of 13th hour (12 to 1 pm) on these dates. **

Below are further instructions on this practice:

“Lie face down (on your stomach or solar plexus) ideally in the shape of a star.  This is the recommended position, but since this practice is for an hour it is best to adopt a position in which you will be comfortable, relaxed, and fully concentrated.

Close your eyes and pray to your inner Being, asking him to go into the temple of Melchizedek for help. Visualize this happening. The temple is in the center of the Earth. Relax, pray, concentrate, and visualize this process. Imagine talking to him. Generally, students sustain this prayer for the entire hour, meditating throughout.

Call upon the help of Melchizedek to learn about yourself (ego). The point of the practice is to get help from Melchizedek to learn about your own Earth (your self) and to learn about your relationship to his Earth, this planet, and to change. It is recommended that you ask for help with your ego and your karma, since they are the root of suffering.

Most importantly, one must have faith and sincere longing for inner change”
